Due to the Canadian Personal Privacy Act (see our privacy policy), we are unable to access any specific information from your dental insurance company regarding your dental plan. It is your responsibility to know the parameters of your coverage, such as annual maximums, frequencies, renewal dates, and any other limitations. We also extend the option of direct billing (also called assignment). However, your insurance company must accept this service.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to keep track of your upcoming dental appointment. As a courtesy, reminder emails, text messages, and/or phone calls will be made prior to each scheduled appointment. We kindly ask for 2 business days notice to cancel or reschedule any booked appointments.
